This is an awesome apartment It’s a really nice two bedroom with new floors. You will have your room shared kitchen shared bathroom. I have a nice cat and a large dog Archer he is Very friendly ( just have to be familiar with handling large dogs ) Also there is no parking space ( if parking is needed lots of people park on the other street). Very Clean Quiet building & area. Park, Nature Trails & Buss Stop right across the street and Grocery/LCBO etc in close waking distance. The room comes with a bed and dresser if needed. Rent is negotiable.
