The building is a landmark and is attached to a bunch of things: the lansdown subway station, three bus stops beside the building, tim hortons right opposite the building, many grocery stores (no frills, indian groceries, fast food, restaurants, LCBO, shoppers drug mart, TD, amongst other things) Literally, everything is just a walk away, So living here is very convenient, you don’t have to leave the building for chores during the winter, which is a blessing if you don’t own a car.
About the roomies
My friend and I live in the other two rooms. We are both students from India.
- As it’s a shared accommodation and also to ensure it’s a pleasant stay for everyone, this is suitable for people who are CLEAN, organized, respectful and lgbtq+ friendly. - Easy to communicate and get along with.
