Looking for a respectful, responsible, financially, independent person that can pay their rent in full on time, the first of each month! ( either working full time or going to school full time (outside the home).

Water is split between renters (you pay a 1/2 of the bill) ** dependant on your water usage the average would be $50/month.

$500.00 damage security deposit ($100 pre - room cleaning service included in deposit and non refundable) So, $400 will be returned if there is zero damage after inspection and keys are returned in good working condition.
