Rose's room

I have a large home on a nice quiet property in a great neighbourhood. Lots of privacy and quiet. I have added a couple more furniture pieces to the room but as you can see, it is still very spacious. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill. The kitchen and laundry are shared. Very nice for walking and biking.

This lovely room is becoming available April 1st. I am looking for a working tenant or someone going to school, that fits right in. I am fortunate to meet such great people through my room rentals.
