I have a large home on a nice quiet property in a great neighbourhood. This home allows for privacy and is very quiet. I have added a couple more furniture pieces to the room but as you can see, it is still very spacious. It has two closets for all your things. The kitchen and laundry are shared. Perfect area for walking and biking. Langford is a 25 minute drive away and Duncan is 15 minutes. Mill Bay is 5.

I am looking for a working tenant, or someone going to school, that fits right in. It is easy to live here. I have been renting rooms since 2018 and have met some wonderful people. I am not in a hurry, I just want to find someone who will be glad to live here. I work 5 days a week on schedules that frequently change and I am also out a lot of the time, My phone has been acting up as it is full, so I am not getting every message…..thank you
