Please read my whole ad. I have a new update for the right person who would like a reduced rent. I rent out rooms by the month. There is no obligation to stay any longer than you want to.
I have a spacious and fully furnished room for rent in a large home on a nice quiet property in a great neighbourhood. This home allows for privacy and is very quiet. I have added a couple more furniture pieces to the room but as you can see, it is still very spacious. It has two closets for all your things. The kitchen and laundry are shared. The area is well sought out for walking and biking. Langford is a 25 minute drive away and Duncan is 15 minutes. Mill Bay is 5.

Update. I have lowered the price of the room as I have an opening for a fellow who wants a reduced rate to be my woodsman. I have a wood furnace that needs tending for 6 months in the colder months and then some yard work for the other 6 months. I mow myself. I am looking for a working tenant, or someone going to school, that fits right in. It is easy to live here. I have been renting rooms since 2018 and have met some wonderful people. It is a very peaceful and welcoming home to live in. I am not in a hurry, I just want to find someone who will be glad to live here. I work 5 days a week on schedules that frequently change and I am also out a lot of the time. My home has a bit of a hotel feeling, but unlike a hotel, sorry, there are no guests. I have just newly decided to allow a cat that doesn’t scratch. Ok, that is it. But listen, in the end, I am looking for someone who is happy to have found my home.
