Alexandria's room

Private room/shared bathroom in a spacious ground floor apartment in Scarborough Centre. Right on a main road and a short walk to TTC station, GO bus, STC mall, grocery stores, Shopper’s Drug Mart, parks, library, YMCA, and other community spaces. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, side table, and shelving unit. Room has a door plus sliding doors to a sunroom. Apartment has a large patio and walk out to sidewalk. Onsite coin laundry ($2.50). Currently no TV. Utilities, high speed Wi-Fi internet, basic amenities (soap, toilet paper, cleaning products, and more) are all included. May occasionally get a visit from a cat who I look after once in awhile (very friendly!). Apartment is otherwise pet-free, smoke-free, and drug-free.

Apartment would be shared with just me: 34 year old female, working professional (in hotel management). I am fairly busy and really value a partner in the apartment who will respect our shared environment. I have an extensive list of guidelines that center around apartment cleanliness and respect and I’m looking for someone who would appreciate that. I value my privacy and space. I’m definitely up for some socializing but often enjoy retreating into some relaxation.
