Large furnished private master bedroom with a shared bathroom located in a townhouse in Riverside South. Only the bath tub area of the bathroom will be shared, the rest of the bathroom is completely for the tenant. The bedroom comes with a closet and is furnished with a Murphy bed(bedding included), a height adjustable study table, an office chair and a plastic drawer set. The washer and dryer are close to the room.

The property has a garage and a two car driveway. The garage is taken, but only one car currently occupies the driveway, so there’s room for another. Street parking is available as well.

The backyard is free to use and so is the basement which has recliner couches, a TV and a sound system.

There is an Independant grocery store, a Shoppers and a gas station close by (5 minute radius) and the Chapman Mills marketplace (15 minutes) is not too far either. There are plenty of spots to eat nearby too.

The rent is $750/month which includes internet and utilities. The room is only available until the end of May 2023.

The house is occupied by the owner and another tenant. I’m the owner, a 30 year old male who is engaged. I currently live in the second bedroom and have rented out the master bedroom to a Computer Science student from Carleton University.

I’m looking for someone clean who doesn’t smoke and doesn’t have pets. Couples are welcome but the rent will be slightly higher.

The rent and deposit are negotiable. I hope to make this a pleasant living experience.
