Nice clean furnished room with ensuite walkin closet and huge bathroom with linen closet, and shower/tub. Room and bathroom have 3 large windows with east morning sun.

I’m a quiet but social person with 2 sweet dogs-an 8lb 3 yr old and a 75lb senior dog and both love everyone and mostly sleep all day :) Large space with basement, fireplace and open kitchen concept, & new hardwood/vinyl floors. I have a little outdoor garden “oasis”, with fire table and waterfall to zen out. I’m looking to share with someone clean, respectful, and who likes dogs. I don’t have many people into my home and am not a partier but am very social yet ok keeping to myself and allowing you your space. I’m down for cooking and having fun together when it suits us both. This condo has lake access, as well as just up the street from the river! It’s a great place to call home.
