Must show proof of ID, proof that you have a JOB,first and last month’s rent is required. Person must have to sign and agree to a basic landlord, tenant agreement. Again only available for ONE PERSON, no pets.

Enjoy being outdoors most of the time hiking swimming playing sports,dancing and going to the beach. I work out, and I keep very active. I am not by any means a homebody. Communication is key when finding the right roommate. I’m a single mom, with two kids, which I don’t like to discuss with people only for privacy reasons,but you would never interact with my kids.
