Hello! I have a nice furnished bedroom on the upper level of quiet home becoming available June 1st, for SINGLE occupancy, for student or working professional. There is a small fridge in the room for your own use, and you would have use of the freezer in the kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with myself and one other person. You could do light cooking only please, without strong aromas ( no strong spices ).

The house is located on a lovely family oriented tree lined street located very close to the Mississauga/Oakville border. Just a three minute walk to route 29 bus stop. Approximately 15 minute walk to Winston Churchill to catch route 45. A park is about a four minute walk away with a public swimming pool.

Few minutes from 403 and QEW highways. Buses are available to UTM and Sheridan College Oakville. Movie theatres, and restaurants are close by. Walking distance to various shops, and grocery stores.

Parking is available if required for additional $50.

$950 deposit required which will become your first month rent, plus $950 due on the date you move in (which will become your last month rent), plus parking cost if required. The $1900 must be paid in full by move in date. Myself (female) and my (male) friend (that I’ve known for 18 years) live here. We are quiet, but friendly people. I have a dog, so you must be ok with dogs🙂
