I have a nice furnished bedroom on the upper level of quiet home for SINGLE occupancy available for rent. There is a small fridge in the room for your own use, and you will have use of the freezer in the kitchen for anything required. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with myself and one other person. You could do light cooking only please, without strong aromas.

The house is located on a lovely family oriented, tree lined street, located very close to the Mississauga/Oakville border. Just a three minute walk to bus stop. A park is about a four minute walk away with a public swimming pool and tennis courts.

Buses available to UTM, and Sheridan College Oakville. Movie theatres, and restaurants are close by. Walking distance to various shops, and grocery stores.

$900 deposit required which will become your first month rent, plus $900 due on the date you move in (which will become your last month rent). The $1800.00 must be paid in full by move in date..
