evita's room

Beautiful condo on Saskatchewan drive. close to the university of alberta and with a view of the river valley and downtown Edmonton. One room is available with a shared washroom. There are three bedrooms in total. Condos in our complex are owner occupied and quiet. The complex is well managed and responsponsible.

I am the owner, am retired and travel a lot. The other roommate is an international Phd student in research Medicine and has been in the condo for almost three years. He is studious and respectful and we both strive to provide a welcoming and peaceful environment.
