Beautiful condo on Saskatchewan drive. close to the university of alberta and with a view of the river valley and downtown Edmonton. One room is available with a shared washroom. There are three bedrooms in total. Units in our complex are owner occupied and quiet. The complex is well managed and responsponsible. The current female roomate has a very well behaved cat. The room is available March 1, 2025.
About the roomies
I am the owner, am retired and travel a lot. The other roommate is a student and has been in the condo for almost three years. She is studious, clean, tidy and quiet. We both strive to provide a welcoming and peaceful environment.
