Room available in a smoke-free, updated cathedral home. The house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Basement contains laundry and storage space. There is a fairly large deck in the back yard, front sun porch, and large green space. 1 back parking space available.

The Cathedral neighbourhood is walking distance to downtown and just a few minutes from Wascana Park.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, dresser and mirror, side table and lamp along with linens and towels. An added bonus for this old house is that the room contains a decent sized closet for hanging clothes and extra storage. All bills including WiFi are included in the rent.

Looking for similar aged females, either working or students, who are looking for a low key and quiet place to call home. Reference required and proof of income. Move in date can be negotiated. Willing to negotiate weekly rates if here for short practicums or work experiences on a case by case basis.

Me: Morning person, I work 2 jobs, like the gym, because I love good food. I’m attempting to learn French. And I’m all about low key hanging out with my dog (always), family and friends (some days 😂).

Lily: 85lbs of fluff, loves affection, will betray owner for non-stop pets, begs for the human food, loves long walks, but will also sleep 20 hours a day.
