The place is a 2 bedroom apartment in the Livmore apartment building (feel free to look it up for more details). It comes with brand new full-size appliances, a kitchen island, AC, washer & dryer in unit. Amenities include gym, pool, yoga room, cinema room with many other common areas. It’s located in a prime location in the center of downtown near Place des Arts. You can pretty much walk everywhere. We’d be sharing the living spaces (kitchen + living room), but each have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. It comes with most furniture as I’ve already been living here for a year. You can also use my kitchenware with a few exceptions!

I’m a 21 year-old girl currently working at a hotel. I’m clean and organized, I love cooking, and I keep to myself. I prefer a quiet and peaceful home so I won’t be throwing any parties. I do also have 2 cats, but they’re both calm.
