Bathurst Street

I live in a 4 bedroom house, and I’m looking to fill the other 3 rooms as my roomates are moving elsewhere for work & school come september! Each room $800/month utilities included, internet is the only additional cost averaging around $20/mo. Move-in is September 1st. Each private room is roughly 10x10’, and there are 2 shared bathrooms, on site laundry, and a cute little back patio with some surrounding trees and greenery.

The place is relatively small and very little insulation so if you’re super sound sensitive, this is probably not the place for you. However the price is unbeatable for the location, so if you’re looking to be amidst the downtown action on a budget, this this is it!

This is a queer friendly space, queer women/femme friendly, and a clean communicative space. Would love to have other artists, musicians, server/bartenders, and just anybody down to earth looking for a cozy nook in toronto.
