Available September 1st. $1200/month all utilities included. Ensuite laundry and AC along with the typical gas, water, and heat. You’d get the largest bedroom, which has its own private bathroom attached to it.

Anna (20) is a third-year finance student at Laurier and is in Toronto for co-op. She will be working at a hedge fund downtown and at TD Securities as an investment banking analyst. Xavier (21) is a second-year film student at Ryerson/TMU and is also pursuing a minor in English. We have been a couple for three years and are both quiet, clean, and studious individuals. We tend to work/study late, but like to have fun when we can. We are down for weekend movie/game nights, but will also respect your privacy if that is not something you’re interested in.

We are each renting a bedroom for ourselves, so there will be a total of three people in the apartment (including you). We also have a small cat named Fridge who will be living in the space for 8 out of the 12 months. Please inform us if you have allergies or pets of your own.
