Have an incredible (air conditioned) condo, in one of the nicest locations in Vancouver (Richards/Robson) with incredible large balcony, kitchen, bathroom. Only problem is the ‘den’ is small for your private room. You will be living with a male, but I only really use the condo a couple of nights a week, while working downtown. The rest of the time, it’s effectively your own private luxurious condo. But I will be very picky on who I share my space and life with. But it is a way to get affordable accomodation in the heart of Vancouver.

Me, a single businessman, busy all the time, and I prefer spending my time away from down town. No, I don’t have a g/f or a wife. You won’t have to worry about me bringing lots of people around, or holding parties. You, well to be truthful, probably prefer to have a Japanese/Korean student as a roomie (but doesn’t everyone), but open to people from all cultures, (Latino be nice, help me with my Spanish). You, you are a morning person, not a party animal, you prefer the day to the night for your activities. You like cooking, and don’t mind helping out keeping the unit clean. You should be able to speak basic English. And plan to stay around for at least 6 months. And you should be clean, honest, and sociable. Ideally, a roommate that can become trusted friends as well.
