I have an extra space in a Luxury Condo on the 35th floor on Yonge street for rent. The shared area of the Condo is fully furnished.

You get access to 2 Subway stations, shopping centres and lots more so no reason to go outside when it’s too cold or too hot.

Den has a closet, AC, light, 6 plugs all around and door. Fits a queen bed, a desk and a chair. Den does not have a window. Washroom is shared with one person using the other room.

Utilities include all the bills and high-speed Fibe internet.
