About the room
LOCATION: 159 Dundas East, Downtown Core. Right next to Ryerson University around 3 min walk, multiple malls, grocery stores, (Eaton’s, Metro, LCBO, Loblaws). Five min walk to subway stations.
ROOM: Private bedroom with your own private bathroom. Two rooms are separated on each side of the living room, so you won’t need to worried about the privacy and noise(Although do prefer not be too noisy) Also with AMAZING view you can see entire city, large floor-to-ceiling window, you can have the view in your room
PRICE: $1300 including water, heat. Hydra and Wifi bill normally 60$ per month. First and last month’s rent required to secure apartment for you.
BUILDING FACILITY: This building have swimming pool, yoga room, weight room and cardio room, also along with outdoor BBQ, and party room.
About the roomies
I am a fourth-year student studying at UofT. I am down to become friend with my roommate and hope to find a roommate will maintain the room clean and tidy. And also I hope my roommate can be quiet at night, cuz I’m a light sleeper. And hope to find someone can be respectful to the privacy.
