I’m looking for a working professional to rent a room in a shared house in Mimico. The house is in a highly sought out area that is very convenient to highways, transit, schools and right near the famous bakery SANREMO :) The house will be shared with a lovely lady who is a university graduate and is a working professional as well. She is very clean, respectful, and accommodating. The room is renting out for $1100 all inclusive with access to backyard for summer time enjoyment. The room is unfurnished but if needed I could provide a double bed with drawers for extra storage. Lease for 1 year for October 1 2022. The neighbor is great and super helpful!! There is no parking but the area doesn’t need a car as you can get anywhere east or west within 35 min transit (to downtown). There are lovely parks in the neighborhood and public outdoor pools to enjoy! She has two little cute and friendly chihuahuas who are just as clean as her and in their senior years. She has lived with roommates before and is highly respectable of space and privacy. She has lived in the neighborhood for 10 years and is very helpful towards others
