Mugs. …garbage bags, New pots/pans , …. toilet paper, paper towls , cleaning supplies and much more…provided / inclusive) everything new in kitchen., for your use and convenience. ….you name it,…. I have it,….if I dont, I will get it….possibly-;if requested! (Within reason) All rooms indoors freshly painted -. Convenience store steps away. Much more detail./ Pics if we connect privately. ) No partiers/drugs. I smoke cigarettes- outdoor only. Brand new lock on your bedroom door Must be clean ,organized. Employed. It is a very clean, modern ,warm, respectful, considerate. fairly quiet environment. ….with ambience always. -a cute haven-that I would love to share with…the “right person” I’m pretty easy peasy, ..but keep things super clean. You would be responsible for only your room…..cleaning/furnishing etc All other parts of home is cleaned and maintained always…..just clean up after yourself. (NO Crumbs - on counter) kind of thing. I truly want someone to enjoy it as much as I do.. Long’ term…serious inquires are preferable Bedroom has lock and key . 1 bedroom is also available upstairs with a spacious master suite.
