2 story house located on Davenport at Christie. Bike lanes, two bus stops, multiple grocery stores nearby (Loblaw’s, Fiesta Farms, No Frills). Ample city street parking. On site laundry included, small backyard with picnic table and BBQ. Utilities/internet not included - usually works out to $200 per month (per person). Pictures are of the living room and kitchen, backyard, washroom (shared), and bedroom (unfurnished - but bedframe/platform can be included if needed). Deposit would be last month rent - paid to the landlord (not me). First month due upon moving in.
