Hi, We are Engineering Students from Concordia University. We live in 5 & 1/2 Apartment near Cote Des Neigh Metro. (Walking Distance: 3-4 minutes). We have a Beautiful Furnished Private room with Balcony for Rent. You don’t need to buy any furniture. Our Previous roommate is moving so we need somebody to take over the lease. So, It will be a Sublease between us. And you can take lease on your name from the next year. . And If you need Parking you need to pay extra for that. We are very Social, friendly and welcoming. We expect somebody to be respectful to others. No Smoking in room, you can use your balcony. No pets are allowed as per house owner rules.
