Ren's room

Unfurnished room overlooking the large back yard located near the university of Manitoba (right near bus route). Backyard is large with a deck, fire pit and garden. Within walking distance (or easily by bus) is a shoppers, sobeys, bubble tea, pizza, etc.

Shared bathroom (and cleaning duties) on main floor with two other roommates. There is a furnished common area but we ask that you respect all the belongings as all the furniture belongs to one roommate!

Must be willing to abide by the following rules:

• Must let everyone know ideally 24 hours in advance if you’re having someone over

• Everyone has a set laundry day as it is located in the basement where two roomies live

• No smoking or vaping inside the house

-No using someone’s stuff/food without permission

• Willing to respect noise levels (we have students!)

• MUST be tidy and follow cleaning schedule

This is a 5 person household and we are looking for someone to take my room!

The roomies include a mix of working people and students. Everyone is very nice, quiet and tidy, who all get along great.

Two roomies live in the basement with their dog and cats. You would be on the main floor with two other roomies. :)
