3 Bedroom main floor available for rent.
My partner and I are looking to rent one of the bedrooms in our place. Either the regular 8.5’ by 9.5’ bedroom, or the 12’ by 12.5’ master bedroom with ensuite half bath. (Depending on applicants needs.) Both rooms come unfurnished. (Apologizes for the mess, still settling in.)
Singles, or couples/triads are welcome. (limit of 2 persons sadly). We are both gender non-conforming, so it’s an LGBTQ+ positive space, including poly, kink, and furry friendly. Good to talk about anything to make sure boundaries are respected, and roomies aren’t exposed to things they aren’t comfortable with.
Folks with good hygiene habits are a MUST. We have 1 doggo, who is well trained, bathed once a month, and properly cleaned up after. (He’ll mainly stay in the living room and my partner’s bedroom.)
The kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and living spaces are shared. Half the fridge is available for your food. Living room should have some space for your things.
Monthly cost is just under $600 if two folks join us, or under $800 if one applicant joins. This includes rent, internet, and utilities. We are willing to adjust the price a bit if necessary. Lease is until the end of July 2023.
