I’m currently looking for two clean, responsible, and friendly roommates to occupy the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms in this amazing townhouse! It was a brand new build as of 2021, and is located on the southwest side of Edmonton, in Paisley! I have furnished all common areas, so I do expect that everything be treated with care and respect. There is an option for the one room to be furnished with a queen size bed and bedding, if you should want! The washroom would be shared between yourself, and the other roommate. Rent would be around $680 with all utilities included. I would prefer a student, or someone working but I am open to discussion.
