I’m currently looking for a clean, responsible, and friendly roommate to occupy the 2nd bedroom in this amazing townhouse! It was a brand new build as of 2021, and is located on the southwest side of Edmonton, in Paisley! We are also the only people to have occupied the residence. I have furnished all common areas, so I do expect that everything be treated with care and respect. The room is furnished with a queen sized black metal bed frame, queen mattress and bedding. But bedding can be changed if you desire. The master bedroom is shared between myself, and my boyfriend who is here half the time. I would prefer a student, or someone working but I am open to discussion. If you have any questions, or would like more pictures, please let me know!
