Walking distance to campus and Brentwood station and lots of nearby green space and amenities. The room is 900/month and utilities and internet are included. The room is fully furnished with bed, tables and dresser. There’s also a small shed in the front patio and plenty of street parking.

Current roommate moved out so I am looking to fill the bedroom. I am only looking for short term tenants between now and the end of August. I am a 22 year old U of C student who will also be working so id prefer male students around my age or working professionals but anyone is welcome. I like sports, skiing, music and going to the gym.
