Walking distance to campus and Brentwood station and lots of nearby green space and amenities. The room is 800/month with one being a little bit smaller than the other and utilities/internet are included. The rooms are fully furnished with bed, tables and dresser. There’s also a small shed in the front patio and plenty of street parking.

Current roommates moved out so I am looking to fill two bedrooms. I am a 24 year old former U of C student who will also be working so id prefer male students around my age or working professionals. I like sports, skiing, music and going to the gym. I’d describe myself as friendly and laid back. I’m looking for a clean, chill, productive and fun environment and hope you are too!
