Sunny's room

This is a private 1 bed 1 bath suite with a full kitchen above our detached garage. The suite is fully furnished and has beautiful views of the Kootenay River. The space is ideal for a student who wants a quiet and scenic space to study.

Myself and my husband live in the detached house on the property. Our two adults kids have moved out and we’re finding that we have extra space to share. We both work full time but on days off we work in the yard and tend to our small hobbie farm. We have cows, chickens and a very friendly dog and cat. We are very social but respectful of privacy and would expect the same in return. This is a trial for us so ideally the space would only be rented for the school year and not through the summer months when we get lots of company.
