I’m looking for a roommate to co-inhabit in a delightful little two-bedroom basement suite in Kensington-Cedar Cottage, aka the Fraserhood aka East Vancouver, depending on how you’d like to define it! My brother is moving out on September 1st, and I’m looking for someone cool to join me in this little basement suite!

Features of this little suite include a lovely little patio, a lovely little living area that comes with a lot of natural light, a very nice kitchen space, and two almost equally sized bedrooms (I think my brother’s room is slightly bigger) with a decent little closet space included. The landlords live above and are lovely humans. Unfortunately, much to my own disappointment, no pets are allowed. The total monthly rent is $1979.25 ($989.63 each) plus gas and hydro, while internet is already covered in the rent.

Features of Adam (gay/cis-male/he & they pronouns) include a kind, courteous, respectful roommate, who classifies as an ambivert. I am a decent cook but would love someone who is willing to share a weekly meal or two, who also enjoys music and reading.
