I am a male and you will be sharing the washroom and common areas with me only. This room is unfurnished as well as the common areas. Extra plates available in the kitchen as well as microwave and toaster for use. Close to amenities including Walmart, Shoppers, Superstore, restaurants etc. No smoking (including VAPING), pets, partying, drugs and must be fully vaccinated. This is a quiet neighborhood and I need someone who’s really quiet, clean, responsible and who has a job. Cable, internet, water, electricity included.
