About the room
I have a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a building just down the street from Dalhousie’s Studley Campus and is also quite close to SMU.
I have wifi, power, etc. All set up in the apartment. Every room is furnished except for the second bedroom.
There is one cat in the apartment, but it does permit more than one so if you also have a cat it is more than welcome.
Rent is not $850 every month since power is paid bimonthly. Some months will be around $800, while others will be closer to $850.
About the roomies
I’m a third year at Dal majoring in political science and LJSO. I’m clean, quiet and focused on my studies.
