Private, close to bus, CNC, UNBC. Looking for quiet individual that will be sharing the upstairs living space and laundry. Will have own room and a shared bathroom . Includes, wifi, hydro, gas, and use of kitchen. I have two small dogs and a cat.

Myself and three small pets. Another male roommate is here 3 nights of the week. Looking for a quiet working individual. Non smoking please. My pet’s can be noisy, so if you work a night shift, this may not be the right fit. I occupy a room in the basement.
