I’m unsure of the exact date of room availability, it may become available prior to March 15, but definitely not later than that date.

Room available in an updated cathedral home. The house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Basement contains laundry and storage space. There is a fairly large deck in the back yard, front sun porch, and large green space. 1 back parking space available.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, dresser and mirror, side table and lamp. An added bonus for this old house is that the room contains a decent sized closet for hanging clothes and extra storage. All bills including WiFi are included in the rent.

Looking for similar aged females, either working or students, who are looking for a low key and quiet place to call home. Reference required.

Currently it’s myself, my dog Lily and other roomie Claire staying until May.

Me: Gym rat, book lover, harry potter nerd. I like the quiet, bit of a morning person, but love the spontaneity of dancing in the kitchen while cooking. I like to be active and busy, whether that is a new course, hiking, or just low key hanging out with my dog. For the most part I’m the one reading a book in the corner or petting the dog when forced to be social.

Lily: 85lbs of fluff, loves affection, will betray owner for non-stop pets, begs for the human food, loves long walks, but will also sleep 20 hours a day.

Claire: Has an awesomely dry sense of humour. Introverted, prefers being a home body, and cooks amazing french food.
