I am looking for a female roomie (as I am female as well) to share a 2bed 2bath located in The Maples area. I occupy 1room and bath and You will have your own room and private bathroom. I can provide you with a mattress and a chair. Though your room is not ensuite, it’s still super private as your bathroom is right opposite your room. If you enjoy privacy, then this place will feel more or less like you are living in a one bed apartment which is worth it.

I am quiet and respectful, I pend a lot of time in my room and open to coming out of my room for conversations whenever needed.

No smoking, drugs or pets allowed.

Suite Features: balcony with access from the living room. elevator. bathroom has a bath tub. in-suite laundry. no pets. on-site fitness facility. responsible for half of the hydro. water and internet is included. Clean quiet building. Quite new. dishwasher and stainless steel appliances
