Spacious and bright master bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment in the south end.

Looking for a very clean, respectable, responsible and tidy person please.

The room itself is unfinished but the apartment is semi furnished. Huge closet space in the room along with more space in the storage room. Washroom, kitchen, living room and balcony will be shared with me(male). Very much accessible to go to either UofM or downtown. Washer and dryer available in the building. Recently got the the carpets sanitized and cleaned as well

Rent is $700 including all utilities (heat, hydro, water, internet). Parking is available for and extra $25. Living room is also equipped with an AC. No pets allowed in the apartment complex unfortunately.

I am a 25m from India, working full time. My roommate is moving out in September so I am looking to fill that spot asap. I am a easy going and quite guy(no parties) and I like my place to be clean and ideally I’d like my roommate to be similar. Contact me if you want to come see the place :)
