Bedroom available in a beautiful furnished modern condo with balcony on the 10th floor overlooking the Bedford basin. En-suite laundry and you have your own bathroom. Building has fitness centre, concierge, wide hallways and protected delivery room for parcels. Walking distance to superstore, GoodLife, NSLC Cannabis, restaurants and Chain of Lakes Trail. Great location! Only bills are internet and power bill.

My current roommate is moving out and you would need to provide the furnishings for your room, the rest of the condo is fully furnished.

I am a young professional, single, non-smoker, non-drinker (don’t mind if you drink or smoke weed outside, but non-cigarette smokers only please). Very easy-going, clean, personable and friendly. I do not party or have many gatherings, and I would hope for the same out of my roommate (with exceptions of course, I’m not a hermit!). Mostly looking for someone with a similar life situation who is focused on career/school. In my spare time, I work out, play basketball, watch movies, go to the beach/hike, and play the occasional video game. I also enjoy going out to see bands/DJs occasionally.
