About the room
Rent is 896/month utilities included except Internet (about 40/month). Month/month roommate agreement. There is no parking spot but I can look at how to get street parking if necessary. Garage is for bike parking only. Laundry is in the unit. We have in-window AC units and the unit is heated via radiator. About a 12 minute walk from high park station, and about a 2 minute walk to No Frills and other shops and restaurants.
About the roomies
Current I (tenant, 28/F, grad student) live here with another roommate (31/F, travel agent). Our previous roommate left to move to Montreal. We are looking for either a graduate student or working professional to move in with us. We are both very clean and pretty quiet.
If you are a grad student at UofT and want to meet more people, this place would be perfect! I’m part of a psychology grad group, but we aren’t exclusive and would love to include people from other fields. :)
