I have one bedroom to rent in a lovely 2 bedroom apartment near Southgate and the Whitemud and with easy access to the university, Whyte Ave and downtown. The apartment is cozy, well loved and well maintained by a fabulous landlord. The apartment is south facing so we get a lot of natural light, and we face a large closed in green space so we have a good view. Your room has nice hardwood style flooring, a big closet, and lots of light. We also have a renovated bathroom with a deep soaker tub perfect for baths. We are not far from No Frills where you can get cheap groceries, a dollarama, pharmacies, doctors and walk in clinics and a great coffee shop. Southgate is also nearby with all kinds of services and shopping. For nature lovers, we are just minutes from the river valley and many trails for walking or skiing. I’m looking for a clean and quiet female non-smoker.

I am a friendly, artsy, and well travelled female. I’m pretty quiet at home. I love nature, walking and swimming, reading, puzzles, and going out to the Garneau Cinema, coffee shops and the theatre.
