Nature lovers paradise! I have one plant filled bedroom for rent in a lovely 2 bedroom apartment near Southgate and the Whitemud which is south central, a few minutes walk from the river valley. The apartment is cozy, well loved and maintained by a fabulous landlord. The apartment is south facing so we get a lot of natural light, and we face a large closed in green space so we have a good view. Your room has nice hardwood style flooring, a big closet, and lots of light. We also have a renovated bathroom with a deep soaker tub perfect for baths. We are not far from No Frills where you can get cheap groceries, a dollarama, pharmacies, doctors and walk in clinics and a great coffee shop. Southgate is also nearby with all kinds of services and shopping. For nature lovers, from here you can walk right down into the river valley and many trails for walking or skiing. I’m looking for a clean and quiet female non-smoker.

I am a friendly, artsy, and well travelled female. I’m pretty quiet at home. I love nature, walking and swimming, reading, puzzles, and going out to the Garneau Cinema, coffee shops and the theatre.
