3 floor townhouse/condo (stairs only) in a quiet residential area: Full bath, 2 bedrooms and office on 3rd floor; main living area (living room, dining room/kitchen, laundry) on 2nd floor; 1st floor entrance, 3/4 bath, and patio outback with 2 BBQs/table/chairs and storage only garage.
