Nick's room

Hey roomies,

Our housemate just moved out as planned. Great experience with him overall but he had been planning to move out of the city for a while. There is currently a bedroom available in our 3 person house. This room is decently sized with its own closet and bathroom.

Location: Spadina and Dupont/Bloor Rent: $1100-1200 (can negotiate with landlord) Landlord: very helpful and has provided lots of furniture to help us out.

Housemates: Myself (24 yr old) & Dylan (26 yr old). Both of us are extremely friendly and maintain great care of the house.

What were looking for: A roommate that’s looking to succeed in life, carry a positive attitude, willing to dishes once per week, and bring in any hobbies they have! Really not too picky were both super easy going.

Things you should know:

• We both have people over often
• There are people that live below us. Noise complaints are never a thing. We happen to be great friends with most people in the building.
• We are usually quiet after 11pm but we don’t really care for a curfew.
• Its a vibe here. You want to come lol
