I’m currently looking for a new roommate to rent out the main bedroom too. The living room/kitchen/washroom are shared spaces and I’ll try to accommodate space for any extra furniture or appliances anyones looking to bring with them that wont fit into the bedroom.

The apartment has a small workout room and outdoor pool available with laundry service on site (2.50 for washers and 2.25 for dryers) and multiple bus stops very close by or covered parking available at an extra fee because i don’t currently have a parking space.

I’d like to meet in person before hand just to make sure it will be a compatible living arrangement.

A little about me, I’m a 35 year old male and work full time in the mornings Mon-Friday. I’m generally a pretty quiet person and very rarely have people over but not against having some people over occasionally.

I play a lot of video games, mainly fighting games, and mostly just watch Youtube/Twitch. I dont really do much during the week after work so Saturday is generally my have drinks and play games/music day with Sunday being my cleaning/laundry time.

I also have a cat named Jack, he’s 16ish now and pretty friendly around most people but unfortunately not around other animals so I cant accept anyone wanting to bring a cat or dog. If you have a small caged pet (fish,reptile,rodent,ect.) thats 100% no problem.
