Two cozy, clean and fully furnished rooms ,in 3 bedrooms condo ,with central heating and air conditioning. Sauna, jacuzzi and gym are available and included in the rent. I will provide computer desk and chair as well. Very good location bus stop on front of the building to Kipling Stations, Islington Station and Mississauga buses. Loblaws, Nofrils , Shoppers , Tim Hortons, Starbucks and many other stores and restaurants are on walking distance. Gym , sauna and jacuzzi are in the building and included in the price. If you need room earlier than September 1, 2025 please contact me , I believe we can find solution. International students are welcome!

Im the owner of this condo, full time employee Monday to Friday, healthy lifestyle including healthy food and exercise. This is a pets free building, very clean and well maintained.
