From September 1 only. Some bedrooms are quite large, it is best for 6-7 students. You can walk to Windsor university in 3 minutes; it has all stores, halal food/restaurants, convenience store within 2 minutes walk. You can park on the street (following city rules) in front, but parking is at the back; Detroit river beach is 5 minutes walk from the house;

I am the landlord. This property is good for students. You can rent the whole house. I live in GTA and will only come once in 2/3 months.
