I am looking for a room mate to share a 2 bed 1 bath apartment located close to downtown and universities. Tha place is recently renovated and will be professionally cleaned by the first. The bedrooms do not have windows but the main common area has a large one on the north wall. The place is maintained and is safe for both tennants given the no windows (sprinklers). The rent is $1050 +$50 for internet (approximate price as I am setting it up now.

I am a 23 year old graduate student who is, clean, respectful, sociable, but most importantly focused on studies. Apart from studies, I work out and play games mostly.
