I am looking for a mature grad student or young professional to share a 2 bed 1 bath apartment located close to downtown and universities. Tha place is recently renovated and will be professionally cleaned by the first. The bedrooms do not have windows but the main common area has a large one on the north wall. The building actually used to be an old retirement home with staff on site, so the building passed all regulations. The rent is $1050 all included, +$50 for internet (approximate price as I am setting it up now. Rent is negotiable if close the range to begin with.

I am a 23 year old graduate student who is, clean, respectful, sociable, but most importantly focused on studies. Apart from studies, I work out and play games mostly.
