Good day! Are you a student or young professional looking for an affordable place to live in the capital city? I am a young woman looking to rent my couch and share my amenities for $700 a month! A short walk from Mooney’s Bay Beach, and easily accessible for OC Transpo, cycling, or even walking to work and school, this is a friendly and overall safe place where I’ve lived since 2015. Geographically speaking, you are literally in the middle of Ottawa. Rent covers internet, heat, hydro, water and other things we can mutually agree on. • You must love animals, especially dogs (I have three, and would love some help in taking them for regular walks). I’ve lived in the apartment building since 2015. The neighbours are quiet and the community is calm. The building is close to the O-train, the beach, and several bus routes. It’s about a thirty-minute walk to Masonville Mall.

I’m independently employed and am currently working on developing a farm where I raise chickens, goats, and horses.
