Looking for a female roommate! Apartment is located on 109th and 75th, fully furnished 2-bed, 1-bath for $700 (utilities included, but power and wifi are separate) with bus stops just around the corner going downtown and only a ten minute walk to McKernan LRT and a twenty minute walk to University of Alberta north campus.

I am currently a student at University of Alberta, studying towards a bachelors of science degree. I don’t smoke/vape or do drugs, social drinker but overall a fairly quiet and friendly person :)
