About the room
We are looking for a female roommate to occupy a basement room in a 4-bed 1-bath house located in the Glebe. Rent is $550 a month with water and gas included, hydro and wifi extra. June 1st to August 31st lease takeover with a possible 12-month extension (deposit required for extension). The room is unfurnished but some furniture can be purchased from the previous tenant (bed, fan, desk etc). Common areas are furnished. Walking distance to Carleton University and 20 min bus ride to UOttawa. Several grocery, shopping, restaurants and parks in walking distance. FEMALES ONLY please, no other candidates will be considered. Key Deposit of $25 also required.
