We are looking for a female roommate to occupy a room in a 4-bed 1-bath house located in the Glebe. The rent is $563.75 a month with water and gas included, hydro and wifi extra. Coin laundry is located in the building. First and last months rent and an additional $250 processing fee and background check is required by the rental company before move-in. The room is unfurnished but I am willing to sell you my furniture for $300 for everything (includes bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, side table and mirror). It is available for move-in from December 1st with the lease ending on August 31st. Common areas are furnished. The apartment is walking distance to Carleton University and a 20 min bus ride to UOttawa. Several grocery, shopping, restaurants and parks in walking distance. FEMALES ONLY please, no other candidates will be considered. A key Deposit of $25 also required.

The roommates are all female in their early 20s. Two are working and one is a student. Currently, there are no pets but if you have a pet, they are only allowed with the consent of all the other roommates.
