Avenue Du Mont-Royal Est

The property is a 4 1/2 apartment on l’Avenue du Mont Royal Est. It is located right next to the Metro grocery store, the Valmont fruiterie, a Dollarama, and an EconoFitness 24/7 gym. BMO and Desjardins branches are 3 intersections away. The Mont-Royal Metro Station is 20 minutes away by foot, but there is also a bus stop at our doorstep during the school year.

It has a well equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom that includes a washer and dryer. Your room is not furnished, though there is a wardrobe. Between the kitchen and our rooms is an open space where you can put your desk. There is also a small storage room.

I am a 3rd year finance student at McGill University. I am from Vietnam, and can speak English and French fluently. Though generally outgoing, I enjoy the calm. I don’t drink or party at all. I love kayaking, going to the gym, and coding. You can count me as a trusted friend if you encounter any problems or need some advice. I usually wake up at 7:30-8:30 a.m, and go to bed at 1 a.m.
