Looking for a professional single individual to share my house with. I have an extra bedroom unfurnished. Bedroom is about 90 square feet with a big closet. Shared bathroom with shower and tub. The place is fully furnished. All utilities included.(wifi+electric+gas+water) Washer and dryer on site. Street parking or private parking in rear with electrical outlet for winter. If you smoke cigarettes or 420, outside only please. Quiet area next to the Northern Pioneer Greenway and park. I have a big beautiful deck to enjoy everyday.

A little about myself: I’m a 42 year old female. I work full time Monday - friday. I don’t party but don’t mind the occasional drink. I speak English and French. I love to laugh and make people laugh and feel comfortable. I feel its important to have a household that is drama free. I’am very clean and I want the same for you. Respect for one another and each our own space is a must. I have an 8 lbs female long haired Dachshund who is just as friendly as I’am. The only difference between her and I is, I won’t cuddle with you. Ha-ha I don’t mind hanging out either, watching a movie, going for walks or having a few drinks over good or silly conversation
