I have a 4 bedroom house in the SE community of Riverbend. The house has been recently renovated, is very clean, it comes with all utilities, high speed internet and a professional cleaner comes once a month to deep clean the place.

I have 1 empty bedroom, the other is currently occupied by a girl with no pets.

Large kitchen, tons of space. Located walking distance from 2 bus stops that take you to either the ctrain or a BRT to downtown. Tons of parking space, and also walking distance from groceries.

Pets are welcome as long as they are house trained. Fenced backyard for dogs.

I am 38, I work in the Civil Engineering and Construction Management world. I currently have 1 female roommate in her late 20s, she mostly works nights and sleeps during the day, she has no pets and is super nice and clean. I have rented out the house for the past 15 years.
