Terms:

$800/month – includes utilities

One-year fixed-term lease, then month-to-month

Pets allowed (with a pet deposit equal to half a month’s rent)

No subletting, Airbnb, or short-term rentals

Overnight guests welcome occasionally — regular stays must be discussed and approved

Tenant insurance required

Criminal record check required

No smoking indoors – I’ve been smoke-free for over a year and appreciate a clean space. While I prefer non-smokers, it’s not a deal breaker — I just ask that smoking (with the exception of vaping) be done off the property

Absolutely no drugs on the property — with the exception of legal cannabis
