A/C in window (my son can remove it during winter months). Two medium sized closets plus extra storage. Fits a queen size bed with night stands on either side and dresser with room to spare. 1 parking spot available in the drive way. In suite washer and dryer Dishwasher Shared bathroom prefer not to have any over night guests Large covered patio area at the entrance (faces south) with stunning views of the Fraser valley farm land and mountains. (pictures don’t display the views at all compared to seeing them in person) living space is fully furnished. close to bus stops and shopping centers
TERMS:
- One year fixed term lease, and month by month after
- Pets allowed, pet (deposit required)
- All applicants are required to go through a credit/reference check. No sublease, no Airbnb or short-term rental allowed.
- Criminal record check required
- Tenant insurance required NO SMOKING indoors! Absolutely (no drugs) permitted on the property! $900/Month. Utilities, internet, Netflix and prime video are all included in the rent.
